Measuring intrinsic viscosity & molecular weight of a high weight polymer

In this app note, we focus on calculating the molecular weight of a polyacrylamide in 1M NaCl in water (supplied by SNF Holding Company Inc.) by performing intrinsic viscosity analysis with shear viscosity measurements provided by the VROC® Initium One Plus viscometer. We explore the measuring of our highest molecular weight yet.
